Information ultra-thin Samsung memory chip production has kindled thought that the owner phones Galaxy next generation may be the slimmest phones on the market, helping the Galaxy S4 becomes more challenging with Apple iPhone.
According to Samsung, the new chip 64GB built on 10 nm process should be less than 20% from the current memory chip and 30% faster performance. This means that the new chip will be 10 times faster than the memory card. This chip is expected to equip the Galaxy S4 form, is expected to launch early next year.
